1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This website is provided by Jah–Jireh (Charity) Homes a Registered Charity No:1062023 ("the Provider") under the name "jah-jireh.org" upon the following Terms and Conditions. Access to and use of the website or any of its services shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Provider reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions in its discretion. Each access to the website shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions from time to time prevailing at the time of each such access.

2. Donors

Each donor warrants that any details provided for the purpose of donating are true and accurate.

3. Data Protection (GDPR)

The Provider will:

  • apply donations in accordance with their Charitable Objects

  • keep the personal information provided to them by donors as secure as is reasonably practicable

  • maintain their records of donors solely for the purpose of the Charitable Objects of the Provider and

5. Exclusion of Liability

The Provider will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the user as a result of access to or use of the website, including disclosure of personal data, howsoever caused.

6. Credit/Debit Cards

That part of the website to which Donors are referred and into which they enter their details of Credit and Debit Cards are not provided or maintained by the Provider but by a third party specialist organisation, Virgin Money Giving. All financial and other details provided to Virgin Money Giving are subject to encryption and security by them and the sole responsibility for which rests with them. The Provider does not accept under any circumstances any liability for loss or damage sustained by any Donor as a result of failure by Virgin Money Giving to comply with proper security procedures nor for any negligent or fraudulent misuse of the financial details provided by the Donor to them howsoever caused.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and all disputes arising in connection therewith shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
