Because they show loving care for us. They feed us well. They have lovely accommodation. The staff are very patient and caring. They cover all areas and you feel very comfortable here.

I feel safe here. Living at home on my own, I couldn't go to the shops or anything. I was very grateful to come here. Its warm, its comfortable, the staff is nice, the food is very good. We have no complaints. I am just happy I am here.
