For newsletter subscription we require your name, email address and format preference but further information is optional.

We will retain this information for up to 20 years if it relates to the care we provide for Service Users, 1 year if it relates to recruitment applications, or if it relates to our newsletter, until you unsubscribe. In the meantime you can amend this information at anytime.

We may for technical reasons use the services of a provider located outside of the European Economic Area. However, we shall ensure that personal information held by those providers will be in compliance with European data protection regulations.

The Jah-Jireh server is located in a secure environment and protected behind a firewall to restrict access.

You have the right to see the information we keep about you. You can also ask us to update or remove your data.

Please note in some circumstances we are required to keep your data, for example if you have a direct debit or Gift Aid declaration with Jah-Jireh.
