Job Title: Maintenance Worker

Job Overview:

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• To provide maintenance services in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager

• To action both planned and reactive maintenance issues and prioritise in terms of urgency

Location:

We have a need in the Leyland Home.

Working Hours: 10 minimum

To be discussed with Manager.

Qualifications:

Vocational qualification/HNC/City and Guilds in Maintenance or Building Services

Experience:

• It is desirable but not essential to have the following experience:

• Previous experience of working in a similar environment

• Previous experience of working in a maintenance role

• Previous employment in the building trade

• Experience of working with service users who have additional support needs
